The agent took care of communications with lender to ensure all is done promptly and on time Alone the way, the agent was able to help negotiate a much better rate (and a better coverage) with my auto insurance – i didnt even had to change the insurance company

I switched from one Erie agent to Top Flite and the customer service has been amazing. I now have additional policies and coverage to protect my family, vehicles and home. It wasn’t a sales pitch but rather an education in reviewing existing policies then learning way to have additional protection. You can not put a price on having comfort and peace of mind. Fiona and staff are very knowledgable and patient with my questions. If they don’t know something they go get the answer and their follow up is quick.
