I am loving my experience with this agency and Melanie our agent. She is really helpful -even texting me when I’ve been too busy for emails and phone calls. These policies also have great rates. I have used Erie in the past and been very happy with how they helped us with some past claims.

Top Flite was the 7th company I called to get Home Owner’s Insurance quotes. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted 3 hours on the phone with the first 6 … I should have just started and ended with calling Top Flite! Fiona was hands-down the most helpful and educating person I spoke with to get me the right policy for our needs. Extremely competitive pricing, especially considering a policy placed with Erie (the best)! After having spoken with 6 different call center reps for quotes, the “lightbulb” also turned on in my mind about just how great the difference is of the pleasure to now have a Local Agent!!!
