As the owner of an independent insurance agency since 2009, Fiona is proud to provide personalized coverage solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.  With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, she specializes in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance, offering comprehensive protection for auto, home, business, and more.  Fiona began her career at Safeco Insurance Company, where she held key roles in sales and management before starting her own agency.

Fiona is passionate about building long-term relationships and ensuring clients receive the best possible protection and guidance for their insurance needs. At Top Flite, we take pride in delivering a client-first approach, whether it’s for families, individuals, or businesses.

When not serving clients, Fiona enjoys spending time with her husband Dan, their two daughters, and their sweet yellow lab.  She is also active in the community, volunteering with the Waxhaw-Weddington Rotary Club and supporting local events like Waxhaw Coffee Cruisers car club and Waxhaw youth softball.

Melanie is a dedicated New Client Specialist, passionate about guiding our newest clients through their onboarding journey.  With her keen understanding of client needs and a proactive approach, she ensures a smooth transition and sets the foundation for successful partnerships. Melanie is known for her exceptional communication skills and personalized support, making her an essential resource for clients as they navigate our services. Her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction drives her to go above and beyond, ensuring that every new client feels valued and well-supported.
