Fiona and staff are very responsive and caring, and follows up to make sure we have what we need.

Leaving one company for another is never sweet partings, but Fiona made up for what “the other company” fell short on. Feeling that after 45 years with Liberty Mutual, that they were taking us for granted – not even a birthday card this past year – imagine that!? After several tries at reducing our premiums on both the car and homeowners policies, they would not budge; we had already increased our deductibles again and again. Finally fed up, we decided to change carriers. I had sold insurance many years ago, and knew to look up an Insurance Broker” to find the best price, and found Fiona Swaenepoel of Top Flight. After bringing our two polices in so we would be comparing apples to apples and not lemons, she determined that we could save a ton of money and we did. When Liberty Mutual prematurely canceled both our policies, we called Fiona and she took care of it, pronto. Ever since we get our birthday cards and her undivided attention when we have a question.
